LOVE! (HELP!)

This shawl is so awesome... is that lame?

I want. But I'm not a good knitter... HELP! (Is it even knit? I'm pretty sure it is... And how much yarn would that take? And do you think I could bribe some one to make me one?)

The clutch is lovely too- and is by the wonderful Etsy seller Bees'Netta. But the shawl is my main concern... Can you help me?
